Customized Artwork Workflow
1. Client sends me the desired painting/pattern design description.
2. I prepare a rough sketch of the composition based on the client’s inquiries and send it to the client.
3. We will discuss the composition and agree on the final version of the composition.
4. Based on the agreed composition, I will draw the final draft, which will provide the whole picture with all the details of the original artwork. After the final draft is approved, any additional changes to the composition will be charged separately.
5. I prepare a color palette and send it to the client. We discuss the palette and make changes if needed.
6. After the color palette is finalized, I start working on the original artwork. Any color changes are available at an additional cost.
7. When the artwork is finished, I will send the client a photo and prepare it for shipping.
8. After the client makes the final payment, I will ship the artwork and provide a tracking number. The pattern designs are delivered digitally.
If the client decides to work with me, they will need to pay the first installment (50%) before I begin work on the rough sketch, and the remaining 50% after completion.
